Serving Others

When we truly learn that we are not here to be served, but to serve others we will be the example of Jesus to all those around us. ⁣

⁣

We can’t think it’s all about what someone else can do for us. We will never be content.⁣

⁣

We will constantly be looking for more ways they need to serve us. ⁣

⁣

Just as Jesus came to serve and give his life for all mankind, we are here to serve. ⁣

⁣

Once we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Master our life is not our own. ⁣

⁣

Jesus made it clear how we are to live in service to others. ⁣

⁣

“But it shall not be so among you. But whoever would be great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be slave of all. For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."”⁣

My prayer for today is that we will all serve WILLINGLY and with JOY to every person God places in our lives in Jesus name. ⁣
